Your order will be shipped by post within 3 to 7 days.

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you can submit a return request 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your bracelet must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zwettie.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first making a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
