What's the easiest way to contact you guys?

Is there a warranty on my bracelet?

ZWETTIE Bracelets are skater-proof and made with the utmost care. We believe that not only you should come out of a session unscathed, but also our ZWETTIE bracelets. Therefore, we offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your shackle of your ZWETTIE bracelet is broken within this period, we will replace it with a new one. Send us an e-mail with your question, a picture and your order number to info@zwettie.com. We will get in touch with you a.s.a.p. to solve this issue.

My order is not complete, what to do?

How do I measure my wrist size?

To determine the perfect size for your bracelet, it’s important to measure your wrist first. Use a measuring tape to determine the width of your wrist. Make sure you pull the measuring tape firmly around your wrist for best results and fit. Disclaimer: your bracelet will not be the exact same size as your wrist size.

Is it possible to shorten my bracelet?

Unfortunately it’s not possible to shorten your bracelet. However, we can assure you that if you measure your wrist and stick to our sizing chart, the bracelets will fit nicely.

When will I receive my order?

We try to work as quickly as possible to deliver your order within 3- 7 working days. Within The Netherlands, packages with 1 bracelet are sent as PostNL letterbox package.

Which payments methods do you offer?

You can pay via: Ideal, bank transfer, PayPal and Creditcard (MasterCard, VISA).

In which currency is my purchase made?

Every purchase is made in euro’s.

When is the money deducted from my bank account?

As soon as your order is placed, the money will be deducted from your bank account. You will receive a confirmation via email as soon as your order has been paid.

How do i treat my bracelet with care?

I have received my order. How do I maintain it nicely?

Our products are skater-proof and made to come out of any battle unscathed. Not only you, but also our bracelets have to perform during excursive. That’s why our products are made of strong material. What should you do to remain this? Nothing really. The only thing we advise you to do is to replace or refill the wax (if you bought a wax bracelet) every now and then.

Returns and exchanges

My bracelet isn't the right size, can I return my order?

Is it within the 30-day return period? Then return your bracelet (only if it's unused and undamaged) for a refund and order the bracelet in the correct size through our website. You will receive your refund and the new, correct bracelet within a week.

I received free wax refills with my bracelet. Can I keep the refills when I return my order?

If you return a wax bracelet, you should return the complete item, including the refills.

Are there costs involved when returning my item(s)?

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. If damaged items have been delivered, the return costs are self-evident for ZWETTIE. In that case, we request you to send an email to info@zwettie.com.

Purchases in the sale

Can I return my order that was made during SALE?

No, purchases in our SALE can't be returned.
